Terms of use
1. Agreement
By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Crystal Haven Wax Atelier may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
2. Catalog and planning cart
Catalog descriptions, prices, inventory indicators, and formats are presented for planning and may change. The browser cart is a demonstration feature and does not create a paid order, reserve inventory, or process payment. Availability is confirmed by the studio separately.
3. Learning content
Guides, courses, and written material are for personal educational use. They may not be copied, resold, republished, recorded for redistribution, or used to imply endorsement by the studio without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a harmful manner, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use studio content to mislead others. Contact submissions must be accurate and respectful.
5. Intellectual property
The Crystal Haven Wax Atelier name, written content, visual system, lesson structure, and original marks belong to the studio or its licensors. Limited personal viewing and practice use is permitted; all other rights are reserved.
